Verification is necessary for withdrawals and deposits over 900 lei according to the Romanian Law. It also prevents your account of being blocked after 30 days (without verification).
In order to verify account:
- Go to verification page
- Upload a photo of the original CNP document, with information clearly displayed. Main page and pages with date of issue
- Upload a photo of the front of the card clearly showing the last four numbers and name of the owner. CVV/CVC is not required.
For verification, you need:
- Log in My account
- Press the button Confirm next to your email address and phone number.
- Find a letter in the mail to confirm the email, enter the SMS code to confirm the phone number in the profile.

In case you have any difficulties accessing your account, use the Password recovery.
For this:
- Go to the password restore page
- Click on the link Restore password
- The corresponding letter will be sent to your email within a few minutes.
- To activate all available bonuses and promo codes, you need to click on the Personal Account and go to the Gifts section
- If there are available deposit bonuses, the activation of the bonus is available in the Cashier when choosing a deposit method

To make a deposit you need
